I would like to change my plan. Can I get someone to assist me?

You can change it by yourself in your self serve account... click on plans/add-on..you can see your actual plan and you can click on CHANGE.. @Mike-m can you see it?

@Mike-m So you know, if you choose to change it immediately you will lose the remained of your current plan, even if you just renewed it. There is also an option to change it on your next renewal date, which will change it automatically on that day.

If you got set up in a store, then have you created your account log in yet?

If not then you'll need to do that first. Go to the upper right My Account link and on the right side click on the Create Account button.

Then read this.

There you go will13am. I was writing a whole long hand-holding thing and thought about your favourite knowledge base articles.

It’s been a long time since I changed my plan, and wasn’t able to back then. Plan changed all is good.Thanks guys.
