      <description>&lt;P&gt;My account has been suspended for whatever reason. I signed up 3 months ago and signed up with auto pay. I get this message on my account:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&lt;SPAN class="expiredUserMessage xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;Your account has been suspended.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="addFundMessage xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;Make a payment to reactivate your current plan.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN class="ExpMessage xrm-attribute xrm-editable-text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="xrm-attribute-value"&gt;Suspended accounts are deactivated after 90 days if payment is not received. You will lose your phone number and service." It also says: Balance due: $0.00.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;AutoPay&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;You are currently registered for dynamic Autopay&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="bold"&gt;AutoPay Next Payment Date:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Oct 6, 2017&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="bold"&gt;AutoPay Amount:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;This is your plan cost minus Rewards. You should be able to still use your phone during that time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
