Check your APN Settings&amp;nbsp;by visiting &lt;A href="https://apn-canada.gishan.net/" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;https://apn-canada.gishan.net/&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;. Select the brand and model of your phone, scroll down the page and then select Public Mobile.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;3. &amp;nbsp;Network reset.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;4. &amp;nbsp;If you own LG phone, might need to do factory reset&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will get your $10 prior to your next payment date. &amp;nbsp;Usually months 2-7 will get the $10 credit. &amp;nbsp;If you signed up for friend referral, that also should appear within 72 hours.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I activated a $30/1G plan today at Walmart. I insert the SIM card and call is fine but I cannot connect to internet. Another thing is, I registered to self serve and found out that the promised $10 per month credit is not there&amp;gt; Next month's payment is still $28. What should I do? Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
