I just activated with Public Mobile and my phone number is with Koodo. I was previously with PC Mobile before they were purchased by koodo. I'm wondering if a Moderator still needs to port my number or if I can just use the self serve to port since is a post-paid koodo service. I'm still on the same plan I had when I was with pc mobile. Anyone know?

@tacha59So you activated a temporary number? If your service is activated and running you should be able log into self serve, select change number then select transfer number to port / transfer in from koodo Post-Paid as long as you used a different email address when signing up.

@tacha59, is your Koodo prepaid, or postpaid? If it's the former, then you need the moderator's assistance.

Postpaid, you should be able to do it yourself via My Account - Change Phonenumber

It's postpaid, but it's a grandfathered PC Mobile plan, tried doing it under my account but it won't let me. I'll wait until I hear back from a Mod
