Why was I charged more than the HST rate in BC?

I am on a 90 day public mobile plan that is $120 without the tax.

When I paid the 90 day fee for the next month. I was charged $134.40 instead of 5% HST in BC ($120 x 1.05), which is $126.

I am happy to give out my account info to a mod if asked too.

@Skihan, in BC you will pay GST (5%) and PST (7%) 120 X 1.12= 134.40 so that is the correct amount

As Shawn said earlier, the HST rate in BC isn't 5%. The correct percentage is 12%.
