    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you but I am on a computer and I did try refreshing and logging out then in and even restarting my computer. I was able to get the rest of the screen to appear but now I am repeatedly getting a message that my card information can't be saved (can't recall the exact wording) or that the transaction cannot be completed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So far, this has not been a user-friendly experience and something I'm going to be giving a lot of considertion to.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I went to "Manage Auto Pay" but the option to change my credit card/add credit card/remove credit card etc. does not appear. I've searched this forum and the only advice I can find is to visit the "Manage Auto Pay' tab.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then go from there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also you can click the tab "Make a Payment" next to "Available Funds" and then "Manage Credit Card or Visa Debirtt Card".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Remove the the card and then add the card with the new criteria. Do not try to update the information, this tends to lead to problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If either response to your particular request leads to the resolution of your issue , please help other community members by marking that post as the solution.
