And it renews sometimes between midnight to early morning. So, if you're on AutoPay with valid payment and services are working fine, then you do not have to do anything. If services are not working, send a private message to the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;Moderator_Team&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;with your ph# and account#.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My account has been suspended and I cannot get my phone to work. My auto pay date is today oct 3rd and it seems my account hasn't allowed me to pay to continue service but it should . I am try to add payment but it will not allow me please assist.
