      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I live in ontario. I have global texting and canadawide calling. I also have 18gb data for 90 days. I came to alberta for a weeklong course. My mobile data worked for a day no problem. Now suddenly even when i turn on the data, it shows it is on, but no bars show in my top info colum and i cannot use the internet. Please help me fix this.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you login to self-serve and check under "My data and add ons". If you see no usage there, it means you have used up all of your data. If you do see usage, it means you do have usage left, it may be best to double check the APN settings, possibly do a network reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If none of those work you should contact the mods&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;no bars show?&amp;nbsp; can you call or text?&amp;nbsp; the bars show signal strength.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;first thing to check is the data addon in self serve&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you be having phone issues can you try the sim in a different phone?&amp;nbsp; (account vs phone issue)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;does it say public mobile on the left if yes ignore the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;are you near a border&amp;nbsp; city?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;are you conected to the PM network?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;can you manually search for&amp;nbsp;networks&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;have you checked to see if you've used up your data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i went thru this some days ago, 12 gb for 90 days and my renewal isn' until oct 1.then on sept 25 my data stopped, i checked and it seems i've used up my data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and check your apps setting, alot of phantom apps sucks data even if you think they aren't using any.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
