If you signed up Jan 4 I do not think there was a valid promo at that time.

What I found in this site..

From December 15 to January 1, 2019 at 11:59PM ET, customers who activate online on a $30+ plan (30-day plans) or a $90+ plan (90-day plans) can get $10 off every 30 days for 6 months. This will be applied as an account credit and the offer is available to new customers only.

It was only until the 1rst january.....

Yes you are right...but the promo didn't begin on the 4th january but later.... @Dsdreams2018

Well the article is mistaken as it is only valid for new activations.

You are simply not eligible since you activated Jan 4. Not for this promo nor the previous one.

Always, if you see mention of some kind of promo somewhere that is not actually the source of the promo, then you need to go to the source and verify the facts provided. In any market segment.

According to Public Mobile website, the promotion of getting$10 off started yesterday, Feb 9th and runs up to March 4th,2019. It applies to any plan$30 or over for 6 months. You will get$10 off that plan. You can activate a new plan online or in store and get this promo. It has to be a new activation. See attached.
