    <description>&lt;P&gt;I Have paid 75$ and cannot use the phone. It tells me it is a long distance call when it is not. So i paid ans extra 8$ to have long distance call (200 minutes) and still does not wpr. Can anybody tell me what I can do to make it work or to stop everything and get reimbursed and go on with a company that has customer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
