      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been with Public for a while, no change in phones just the plan recently.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm getting this error when trying to make calls and my texting doesn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help?!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Great, that definitely&amp;nbsp;has text and voice,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you attempted to power off, and turn it back on?&amp;nbsp; As strange as it sounds, this fixes a lot of issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is your plan listed as active in self-serve (MyAccount)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/72812"&gt;@bziegler&lt;/a&gt;, when you look at the notification area on your phone, do you see a cellular connection with signal strength bars?&amp;nbsp; You might have to go into the network settings and do a manual search for mobile networks or ideally select the auto connection feature.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
