      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/31759"&gt;@Chantelleop&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;further to&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3757"&gt;@Luddite&lt;/a&gt;'s reply: &amp;nbsp;are you a new customer that just ported in a phone number from another carrier, or have you been with Public Mobile for some time and are not receiving some/all incoming calls? &amp;nbsp;If you're a new customer, please see Luddite's reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If instead you're an existing customer:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- are you in an area that has good signal strength?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- are you receiving some calls but not all? &amp;nbsp;Or do all go right to your voicemail?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- have you rebooted your phone recently? &amp;nbsp;if not, please try it and let us know if that changes anything?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- do you sometimes see "NO SERVICE" or "EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY" or your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- what is the brand and model number of your phone, and your operating system version?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
