      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello my phone says it is not registered on network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was locked with rogers but I have an unlock code. It didn't prompt me&amp;nbsp; for the code so i went to #&lt;STRONG&gt;7465625*638*#&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;and put in the unlock code. it says unlock is successful but it still doesn't let me call or get any data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It likely should be, but you never know.&lt;BR /&gt;If you have registered your SIM on your PM account, and you are sure your phone actually is unlocked then you could try logging into your PM account and reporting it Lost/Stolen, waiting 5 minutes then reporting it found. That will refresh your SIM and perhaps allow the service to work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Try removing you SIM card, clear your network cache, restart your phone, then put the SIM card back in.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, my phone is Samsung s7.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes I tried to reset it, reset the network settings as well but no luck so far.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked the IMEI on public mobile and it says that it should work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried signing up on the public mobile self srve page but it asked for code that was sent to this new number via text. Obviously didnt work since I have no connection...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
