Need some advice. Thank you beforehand for just seeing if theres anything I can do. 🙂

So I recently signed up a new number through PM, but for some reason I cannot take calls from two seperate numbers on freedom Mobile, I have got two other people to call me from their cell phones and it works okay? So it seems the number is working correctly.

Any advice would be of great help. Thank you kindly.

Maybe it a Freedom problem? Are the Freedom #s able to call other people not on Freedom?

Signed up yesterday so I will give it a day or two, especially it being the weekend. That would be my luck. LOL Yeah, very possible. I will also try to get a few other friends to check and see if it is just a Freedom issue. If so I might have to contact them to resolve it. I guess I could also see about a new number?

Thanks for the advice.

There have been issues with Freedom Mobile LTE network in the past few days where Freedom users weren't able to make outbound calls unless they turn off LTE in Settings. I experienced the same issue and that seems to be the fix: having your Freedom friends call you when they're on 3G network.
