Hi I just joined last night and my phone is asking for a SIM card passwor I tried 1234 but it doesnt work. Before I joined I checked to mack sure my phone was compatible with your company from the tool on your website. I need the PIN for the SIM Network unlock please. Thanks.

Check willmyphonework.net to verify that it's compatible (if your make/model is actually listed).

Did you bring the phone from another Canadian provider?

What exact make/model is your phone?

Your phone is likely locked to the previous carrier. If Canadian carrier, you can contact previous company to get the phone unlocked. It is a free service. Don't try to put in incorrect password too many times as it will lock your SIM.
