I ran out about 10 days before my autopay would kick in so I decided to just pay now (2 days before autopay). Does that mean I can get my data back now or I still have to wait? It still doesn't work.

Also, does this mean it's still going to autopay in 2 days? I don't want that.

Having paid early you have three options:

a) do nothing and your payment will be taken on your expiry date (you should be able see it in Available Funds) after credit for Rewards.

b) Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number and an explanation requesting that they start your current plan early. I don't think you will get credit for your current Rewards now, but ask about it.

c) purchase a 1 GB data add-on for $30. It will sit in your account until used completely.

Let us know how you make out.

Ah...in that case, your payment won't take into effect until your plan renewal. As @Luddite explained, you can buy extra data to tide you over until your renewal date. This extra data won't expire until you've used it up entirely.

I think what you wanted to do was start your cycle early. You should have contacted @CS_Agent and then put funds on your account. You can contact them still and ask them if they can start it 10 days early. This way you don't have to buy the $30 add on and still can start using your next cycle data from today.
