      <description>&lt;P&gt;No need for a new sim card to reactivate your account &lt;U&gt;as long as it hasn't been 90 days since it's expired&lt;/U&gt;. Just go into your self-serve account and top up with appropriate dollars. Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
