      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have another unlocked phone to try your SIM card in? Or a friend's SIM card to try in your phone (assuming your phone is not locked to the Telus network)? &amp;nbsp;It would help to determine if this is a phone issue or perhaps a SIM/account provisioning issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, your only option left would be to contact a moderator like I mentioned.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
