Self serve- NO

On your phone- YES but where? Texts? Calls? Data usage? Internet? What kind of phone? Which operating system version? Which app?

There is a factory reset feature on every type of phone. Some stuff may come back if there was cloud storage sync set. As for deleting usage history in the self serve account, such a function makes little sense. If it did, I would like to have my data usage zeroed at the end of every day.
