    <description>You will get a text message a few days before your renewal date, if you are on autopay or you have enough funds in your account you can ignore it. On your renewal date your account will change from Active to Expired/Suspended until the payment is processed. You will still be able to use your phone during this time, it could take a few hours.</description>
