    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/31414"&gt;@jennyli11&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Things to try in order to narrow down your exact problem:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a) login to your account and confirm the plan is correct and Status is "Axtive"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;b) reboot your phone with the SIM installed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;c) reset Network Settings; you will need to add back wifi passwords&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;d) lf your APN is&amp;nbsp;"isp.mb.com", or anything else, change it to "sp.mb.com"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;e) check that cellular data is ON&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;f) try your SIM in another unlocked phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;g) go to Settings &amp;gt;&amp;gt; General &amp;gt;&amp;gt; About; if you are offered a carrier update accept it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just purchased a sim and subscribe to the 1G data plan, however I am still unable to activate the data usage on my iPhone 7 Plus even after I set the APN. I checked that my iphone is not locked and compatible with the network by validating the IMEI number!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Luddite, thanks a lot for your quick help! I did do a) to e) and repeated the procedures many times but still not work. Thanks to your item (g) suggestion that I look into Setting&amp;gt;&amp;gt;General and found there was a profile of another sim I used when&amp;nbsp;I last travelled in Japan. After I deleted that profile it works right away! Thank you very much!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
