      <title>Phone not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The phone I just registered with public mobile… With a $10 a month plan with texts and phone minutes… Is not working… We can’t make any calls and can only send and receive texts when we are within Wi-Fi… I didn’t think you needed data to send and receive texts… Can you clarify this? Then today I added on some data to see if that helped… It is still not allowing us to make phone calls… Can you help please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Did you port your number from another provider? Have you restarted your phone since registering?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You don't need data for calls or texts, but you do usually need it enabled to send mms picture texts, but you do not need to have a data plan and will not be charged for data usage.</description>
