      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3603"&gt;@lol3caring&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Sorry to hear about your issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have you done some simple troubleshooting to figure out if it's an account related/ service related issue or if it's a phone or SIM card related issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a few thing to check, if you haven't already:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- is your phone unlocked?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- have you tried your SIM card in another phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- if your phone is unlocked, have you tried turning off your phone, removing the SIM card, reinserting the SIM card, and power back up?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
