Hi Guys, when I try to sign into my account it asks for username (email address)...I try both with the correct password and can't sign in. However if I go the Community page and sign in with my user name (not email) and password I'm in no problem. What gives?

@dnewlanSelf serve, and community account are different, and can have different logins. You can try this link to reset your password https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/

You may even be entering your password correctly, self serve system has many quarks and glitches. Try another browser, private browsing, clearing cache, incognito. Wait an hour and come back.

If all else fails, the mod team is the only one that can assist you with account access.

When you joined Public Mobile did you do it in-store, or online by yourself. You may just have to create your self-serve account if you were set up in-store.

@dnewlan I think that's case for the moderator_Team ...perhaps your email is not correct in the system??? https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage in send to write moderator_team and it will appear...

And give them an explanation what happened...

Let's see if he has ever signed in before first, prior to contacting the moderators. If he has never created the account, then it might be as simple as self-registering.
