    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I am using a visa debit which I have recently had activated. I am getting the message that my card information cannot be verified when I try to make a payment. I have been to the bank to insure the card is working properly and have triple checked all fields to be sure info is entered correctly. Please help as I have been without service for over a week now trying to fix this issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When the billing system rejects your card, sometimes trying the following works:&lt;BR /&gt;-clear your browser cookies/cache&lt;BR /&gt;-use a different browser&lt;BR /&gt;-use private/incognito browsing mode&lt;BR /&gt;-turn off ad/pop-up blockers&lt;BR /&gt;-use a different device (tablet, desktop, laptop)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note: &amp;nbsp;When attempting payment, check your card account after each attempt to avoid being double charged.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If none of these work for you, then you should send a private message to the Moderator Team for help.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you've made multiple attempts, the mods can check to see if there is any block against your card on PM's end from having made too many attempts in a short period.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
