      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to port my number over to Public Mobile and am having issues with the first step.&amp;nbsp; When filling in all my information I am constantly getting an error that my newly delivered SIM is invalid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ella&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you are using safari / cell phone go to a real computer and if all that fails, wait 65 minutes and try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that still does not work I suggest sending a message to the moderator team. &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;Click this to send them a message. &lt;/A&gt;with the sim card number for them to look into why. But most likely it will end up working with the above steps&lt;/P&gt;</description>
