Hi all,

sorry I know there have been a lot of posts in regards to cancelling a contract...
but I just writing this to make sure I understand things correctly. Plus I have some questions for my specific situation

Some background infos:
I have here from abroad visiting family.
I have 30 day LTE data package.
I have deactivated autopay.

Therefore I am assuming once the 30 days have passed, that's it, I can choose to add an other package but there no additional costs or packages that I will be forced to review.

I choose not to renew (I will be out of the country by then) there will be no further fees?

Also how long does the sim stay valid?
I was thinking of keeping it and then getting an other package once I am back here in say a year or two? Does a 'dormant' (where there has been packages actived for time) become inactive after a specific time period? Or can I just come back in x years pop it in my mobile get a new package and it will work? Ok it seems the max 90 days : /

Thank you in advance for any feedback!

and... dear Public Mobile please please open up payment for people with credit cards from outside Canada! I would think you would get a lot of business from people visiting....

You have 90 days from when the plan expires (not renewed) once the 90 days pass the sim is only good as a reminder of your visit to Canada.

Once your plan expires you can choose to renew the same plan or get a different one.
