    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 8.5Gbs included on my data plan and its a 30 day at a time plan its also active. for some reason it just renewed and my data hasnt been working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/72069"&gt;@Millertime&lt;/a&gt;, do you happen to have an android device and have data limits set on your phone?&amp;nbsp; This service uses 30 day cycles and android uses monthly cycles.&amp;nbsp; The two do go together too well sometimes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you say that you renewed recently, did you check the account to make sure everything is in order in the self serve account.&amp;nbsp; Do you see a fresh batch of data showing in the overview tab?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try restarting your phone. If that doesn't work log into your account, report you phone as lost, log out, wait 5 minutes, log back in and report it found, then restart your phone again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The first thing i would do is check that the data addon shows in your overview page.&amp;nbsp; It's not hard to accidentally use up data even if recently renewed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
