I'm a new subscriber...for some reason I can't access my voicemail. Any help is appreciated.

What happens when you call your own number from your own phone?

It's possible that the "1" button will need to programmed to access voicemail. What type of device are you on?

@ih82cuw8 : You can also dial any of the access numbers...but as mentioned, the main problem might be that pressing and holding the 1 key isn't set up. That's the standard method.
