      <title>Plan Details not Appearing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have logged into my account and when I click on Plan Details it receive "Oops something went wrong" I can't see my plan details. I have also tried clicking on the Tab at the top but receive the same message. How do I get this fixed? I was recently in the US and had International Texting on my plan and that service wasn't available to me. How do you reach out and get this corrected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You need a roaming add-on to send texts&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try clearing cache/cookies or a different browser or incognito/privacy mode.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

How do you reach out and get this corrected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;When you login what does your plan overview page say on the left hand side?&amp;nbsp; When you bought the addon did you do the two step process?&amp;nbsp; First one adds funds to your account and second one actually pays for and activates the plan.&amp;nbsp; Do you have money sitting in your available funds?&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ETA misread that it wasn't an addon.&amp;nbsp; Nice pickup&amp;nbsp;@Anonymous&lt;/P&gt;</description>
