      <title>Can’t change plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Site seems to be faulty today, have never had issues before other than it’s extermey slow to load pages, like it’s on dial up internet or something!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Problem is:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i can’t change my plan as the page won’t load correctly and I can’t see the plan offer!!, &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ive tried all the different browsers and no luck.....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/70961"&gt;@Brow&lt;/a&gt;, I've found that the self-serve does strange things on a regular basis - Overview page normally is fine, but going into other tabs, sometimes the screens are slow, and in some cases do not display any information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Normally, it's resolved within a few minutes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
