      <description>&lt;P&gt;I activated a SIM card which I bought from London Drugs a month ago. I activated it and is in use with no problems. I bought a 2nd SIM card also at London Drugs today. But as soon as I enter the 19-digit SIM&amp;nbsp; card #, the box turns red and flags it as INVALID SIM. I tried the fix suggested in the community forum: clear cache, wait one hour to try again, same thing. Is nayone able to help me, please. I wanted to port a number from another provider, billing cut-off is today.       <description>&lt;P&gt;That's unfortunate, but you probably won't receive an answer from mods today...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also try with a different computer/device, a different browser, and private mode on the browser.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your other provider is postpaid (not prepaid), the&amp;nbsp; bill cutoff date isn't really important, they should refund you what you paid extra anyways - if they don't ask for it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm seeing three options:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1, go back to the store, explain the problem, try to get another SIM for free.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2, buy an other SIM, and try to get a $10 credit in your account later with the mods.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3, wait for the mods to get back to you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yikes, that is annoying considering when I bought mine from London Drugs they said it was "non-refundable".&lt;/P&gt;</description>
