      <title>Refund Credit card charge</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I decided to change carrier and picked Public Mobile. Several days went by and they couldn't complete porting request.&amp;nbsp; I was frustrated, cxld my request to Port. PM said it was cxld. Now they won't refund the amount they charged to my credit card. They are saying I should ask the Credit card co to reverse. Credit card&amp;nbsp; co is saying PM should reverse. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
