      <description>&lt;P&gt;I created my plan on Dec 2.&amp;nbsp; PM offered a $60 credit for new accounts and gave me my initial $10 on Dec 3.&amp;nbsp; There was supposed to be additional $10 credits for the next 5 months each time I auto-renewed.&amp;nbsp; I have not received my January credit.&amp;nbsp; How do I get my credit?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
