topic Change of plan in Get Support

Hi everybody,

On Dec 12, 2018 I signed up for Public Mobile for $35 plan with 4.5gig data. As my data was cruising to an end, on Dec 03,2019 I bought a $40 voucher from Walmart & my account in public mobile showed availability of $10 and I clicked for $50 plan (with 8.5 gig I believe). I guess they system didn’t upgrade my plan in past 24 hrs.

Am out of data now.

What should I do?

Whatever that total, click Change Plan, pick one that matches and click activate immediately. Logout and reboot your phone.

You may have set it to change plans at the end of the next cycle, if that's the case it may not have activated yet. If you changed plans immediatly and didn't have any funds in the account and only added $40 for a $50 plan then your account may be short funds.
