      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/69544"&gt;@coldan&lt;/a&gt;, have you checked your Fido service to see if that is still working?&amp;nbsp; If it is, that is a sure sign the port is stuck and needs to be resubmitted.&amp;nbsp; If the Fido service is no longer working, there is a chance that the service can be fixed by toggling the lost phone/found phone feature in the self serve.&amp;nbsp; Failing this troubleshooting, the moderator team support is needed to resubmit a number port.&amp;nbsp; The moderator team can be reached via private message using this &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;link&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Refer to the following knowledge base &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/The-Public-Mobile-Moderator-Team/ta-p/251759" target="_blank"&gt;link&lt;/A&gt; for additional information on contacting the moderator team.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
