@AR-IMLoyalty program gives you $1 off per month after 1 year. After 5 years loyalty is $5 off per month and there are lots of deals and new special plan offers for existing customers that you can switch to.

Apart from targetted deals for freedom customers and bill credits for new accounts, new plan deals are available to all customers. As for loyalty, I am loyal to my wallet and nobody else is. Anything else is an illusion.
