    <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid $20 1G data add on on dec 28, 2018 after one day the data stopped working i only used 97mb. I have restart the phone but it is still not working what is worng with the data. my phone is working its just the data that is not working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently changed my mom's phone service provider to Public Mobile, and got the $50 30-days plan. But we can't get the data to work on her phone (at all). We have previously been able to use data on her phone, and also it worked when I switch the SIM card to my phone. What should I do? It is really a waste of $50..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/50367"&gt;@jlyg&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;as&amp;nbsp;@Anonymous&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/16001"&gt;@ShawnC13&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;noted, we need to know what phone you're trying to use.&amp;nbsp; Some models (such as many Asus phones) need a manual APN configuration.&amp;nbsp; Older iPhones (I believe 4S and older) need a special 1-time configuration procedure.&amp;nbsp; And many LG models require a network reset, and if that doesn't work, a factory reset, in order to get data working after changing providers.&amp;nbsp; We can try to help once you provide more details.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
