      <description>&lt;P&gt;What plan are you on? What appears in your self serve account.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you expand on "not working" ? When you send something, it fails? Are you trying to send just text (SMS) or text + a pic/video (MMS)? Need more info to help troubleshoot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
