Can't use data, make phone calls, or text. Online portal says my plan is active and I have auto-pay set up. I think I set it up so my plan switched to the $40 5GB plan last night and the payment should have been made.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise what to do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Thank You&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
