      <title>My phone says active but won't call or text</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey so I added funds to my account and my account says active but won't let me place calls or text when I have a plan for unlimited text and talk it won't even let me call voice mail please it's very important I get my phone working I have tried turning it on and off and taking the Sim card out with no luck any other suggestions&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The other trick that has been known to fix things is to manually pay in $1 (or something nominal). Then restart phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can purchase a $5 voucher online from recharge.com and try to put that in to do a nominal pay in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or go to a store and buy one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or attach your credit card to here and try the $1.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
