    <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to make some calla and even access my data but it keeps saying I don t have access to long distance call. I can t access my voicemail. I went online and it is say my plan is activated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Does calling 611 work?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log into your account and try the lost/stolen trick, it will probably fix all your problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Report your phone lost/stolen in the self service account and logout.&amp;nbsp; Wait 5-10 minutes.&amp;nbsp; Re-login and report phone found.&amp;nbsp; Reboot your phone.&amp;nbsp; This seems to reset your SIM card and hopefully activates your plan/account.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
