    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you just ported, it takes some time, every hour or so remove your battery / restart your phone. It can take time on your first port over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue continues you may have a partially completed port, sometimes ports just take a bit longer. You can&amp;nbsp;send a message to the moderator team and include your name, account number and/or phone number and pin number and they will get back to you asoon as they can .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you recently port your number? Incoming calls go to your old service provider for a little while after you port.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mobile to Mobile is up to half a day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Landline to Mobile is 2-3 Business days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;VOIP to Mobile is up to a week.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
