I saw an add on "200 min US and Canada Long Distance" Does this 200 mins including canada wide minutes or only long distance?

Wherever you are IN Canada, you can call TO anywhere in Canada and the US for 200 minutes. Take as long as you like to use them. Pay once, use over time.

There's also the $15 add-on that gets you the same AND a select few international locations.

If you have a provincial plan then the minutes are used when you call out of the province. Or if you have the 10$ plan and run out minutes these minutes will be used
