I am on the 50 min/30 days plan and of auto-pay. I just added 10.- om my plan, assuming it would reset to have have 50 min, 30 days on my account again. That's not what happened.

What are my options?

You could do an immediate plan renewal that would require moderator assistance.

Or you can buy the $8 or $15 add-ons that will work as minutes. Then they hang around until you use all of those.

@swiss32Don't do it. $10 for 50 minutes that expire in 30 days? Spend $15 for add-on 400 minutes that last forever till you use them.

... unlesssss you're also out of text messages, since those cannot be added via add-on.
