password changes shoudl be imidiate. if you are talking about the lost password and not getting the reset emial it should be within 10 minutes at most. That being said, it was mentioned yesterday that the reset password feature was broken again. I have not tried it so I can not say for certain.

@josie2, as noted if you are not getting the password reset email promptly, you will likely not get one. You will need moderator team assistance with password reset. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link. Please include in the private message account number and PIN code along with a detailed description of the issue and the required resolution. This will speed up problem resolution significantly. Refer to the following knowledge base link for additional information on contacting the moderator team.

You said "change password" not "password reset" so not 100% sure...

If this is self serve...

Seconds, if you know the old password.

Longer if you need to wait for the password reset to come into your e-mail. 1-15 minutes

Even longer if you don't receive said password reset e-mail and have to wait for moderator intervention. Days.
