      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/68136"&gt;@natashae&lt;/a&gt;, do you mean that you topped up and reactivated an otherwise suspended account.&amp;nbsp; It should work right away.&amp;nbsp; Do you see the account status change to active?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Have to rebooted your phone?&amp;nbsp; Try also toggling the lost phone feature.&amp;nbsp; Sometimes this is like a soft boot on the account and can fix minor issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;yes it was suspended for a i believe a month.&amp;nbsp; My status is active and i have rebooted my phone a few times but it comes up so sim mode on my phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>
