I'd love to see Freedom get more customers, and hence more money coming in so that they can improve their network further... Because more competition is almost always a good thing. Except here in Canada where the carriers seem to have a nice little oligopoly set up to keep prices fixed and constantly increasing.

These are crazy fast speed test results. However, this is only possible with good reception and no congestion. This is unfortunately am Achilles heel that freedom has yet to solve. BTW, support the devs, get rid of the hideous ads.

Yeah from what I've seen online Freedom is still working out Band 66 LTE redundancy issues especially for 3rd party BYOP devices like my OnePlus5...I'll stick with a tried & true network for now.

I couldn't resist any longer. FM is strong in our area, so coverage was not an issue. Managed to get the Everywhere59 for sub $45. Can't go wrong at <$45 for an unlimited North America/Hawaii/Puerto Rico Talk and Text plan + 1GB.

I think sometimes people just overpay for the features that they would never use or would use once in a while.

In a long run its more expensive to keep paying for these features every month. It's cheaper to just pay for a add on when you need it, for example for US travel.

I think you need to get one from a Freedom/Shaw employee however from what I've seen on redit they expired Aug 31st.

Some F&F codes are emailed out to old account holders @25% off. As for me, the plan is on sale this weekend for $50, minus share credits under the old account.

@Mana now with PM no more less for less, take a look at what PM are offering, the phone comapny have no phone number and no store, with FM F&F codes all the works for $43.33 would you mind having it
