      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello MODERATOR &amp;nbsp;TEAM,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MY PHONE # IS 416xxx-xxxx. Just yesterday i realised that &amp;nbsp;i was not able to access my &amp;nbsp;mobiledata. though on my phone it shows data used was 3.2 gb &amp;nbsp;. please advice how can i renew my data . &amp;nbsp;help me to resolve it .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, i am on $120/90 days plan and have payed till october 15 . i would like to change my data &amp;nbsp;plan,to monthly basis right now so if i can get the refund &amp;nbsp;or &amp;nbsp;be adjusted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please advice .. a prompt reply will be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;AMIT BORATE&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Are you sure you have not used all your data? Login and check that the data add-on is visible if not the it has all been used.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You phone might also have data limits disabling data.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To change your plan login and select a new plan and do a future date of the plan be advised most of the new plans will likely cost more than your current plan especially on the 30 day plans.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How much data do you use typically per month?</description>
