USA roaming "unlimited talk" addon--to/from where?

In that $20 USA roaming Talk, Text, and Data addon, it says there's "Unlimited Talk" and "International Text". What does that mean, exactly? Does that mean I can call and text while in the USA to any Canadian or USA phone number without it being a long-distance call?

Yes you can call back to Canada and within the US with this plan. International texting means you can send a text to any number.

Got it, thanks. Wasn't sure if that meant only calling within USA was covered (i.e. back to Canada wasn't).
